Antibiotics I Took

These Antibiotics that I took though out the years and mostly for the past several years. I took other kinds before but I don't remember it and don't have a record for it. If I ran through it or remember it I'll write it down.

• Zithromax: Five days course, the first day two tablets together and one tablet a day. (250mg). Found out that I take also (500mg).
• Azithromycin: It is a generic brand for Zithromax, the same prescription as the above.
• Levaquin: One tablet a day for 5, 7, 10, and/or 12 depending on the severity of my sickness situation. (500mg and 750mg)
• Tequin: One tablet a day. It is from the same family as Levaquin, but for me much better than Levaquin. US Stop this Antibiotic. No farther information about this medicine
• Cephalexin: Don't know what is it, nor why I took it!
• Avelox: One tablet a day. I took these tablets as a samples from the my Dr. (400mg)
• Vancomycin: was taken in the hospital when I was sick with pneumonia. Taken as IV
• Zosyn: was taken in the hospital when I was sick with pneumonia. Taken as IV
